Challenge

Introducing Redshift to a new industry

The challenge was to position Maxon Redshift for Archviz as more than a rendering tool. It needed to mark Maxon’s official entry into the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction market. Because the product brought cinematic rendering technology directly into CAD and BIM workflows, the launch had to resonate with architects and interior designers who prioritize speed, usability, and seamless integration with their host application. The goal was to translate Redshift’s strengths into a creative advantage, showing how architects could move from real-time previews to high-end photorealistic renders without disrupting their existing workflow.

Solution

Building a launch strategy around workflow transformation

The creative direction focused on positioning the release around end-to-end workflow for visualization. Marketing assets including the strategy deck, teaser video, launch video, announcement email, landing page, and social campaign were built around the idea of a unified ecosystem where architects could design, visualize, and refine within one connected pipeline using their BIM software of choice. Messaging emphasized real-time rendering, one-click transfer to Cinema 4D, intelligent asset libraries, and accessibility across Mac and Windows, while maintaining a cinematic renders that helped elevate the product above standard AEC marketing. Product development feedback and launch positioning were aligned to reinforce a simple promise: professional architectural visualization with the creative power of Hollywood-level rendering technology.
